Leadership

Chairman of the Board

When I founded Marafi in 2006, the goal was clear: to build a dependable engineering house for construction and infrastructure projects, combining technical precision with professional integrity. Over nearly two decades, that goal has grown into trust built one project at a time with major government entities. Today, as we complete our transition from an office into a professional limited-liability consultancy, we are embedding a mature governance structure — a Board of Directors, specialized committees and executive departments — that ensures the institution's continuity and discipline. I thank our clients, partners and people for their trust, and look forward to a new phase of active contribution to the engineering sector and to development projects in the Kingdom.

Our work at Marafi rests on a firm conviction that an engineering consultant's value is measured by what is delivered on the ground: disciplined supervision, documented quality, and commitment to scope, time and cost. We have therefore built an operating system grounded in documented international standards for quality (ISO 9001 & 55001) and for health, safety and environment (ISO 45001 & 14001), a clear project-lifecycle methodology, and digital tools for asset and network management. We take pride in our qualified national talent — the backbone of this performance — and we commit to every client and partner to deliver precise consultancy and supervision and real added value.
